Turnaround Postage

I have a 2-4 weeks turnaround time, im only one person & I work another job Monday to Friday, so I work with the spare time that I have left. Some items are ready made and could possibly be sent out the same week of purchase, so it's not guaranteed to take that long. 

I ship worldwide, any issues placing an order please email.

From the day an item is dispatched the delivery times can vary. In the UK it tends to take up to 2-5 Working days, EU 5-10 & Standard International can take up to 28. This is still not a guarantee, its quite common to have delays with the post. So please dont be disheartened if there are some delays. If you wish to have an item on a certain date please order with as much time as you can, or please email me & we could possibly discuss a solution! 

Im not responsible for any customs charges/fees. So please check with your local post & double check if fees do apply & what they may be. 

Disclaimer:- If you have a safe place for orders & it's somewhere in a bin, recycling or waste. And it gets thrown away, I'm not responsible for this happening. So please keep in mind where you want your items ordered, especially if someone takes it off your doorstep. Small businesses like me can't afford handouts.

Custom Pieces

I offer Custom Pieces, the best way to go about this is send me an Email or Directly Message me on Instagram. We can have a proper discussion about budgets, what it is you would like to create together, wether it's reviving a recently sold out item or something entirely new!

I shall keep you updated with videos & pictures to make sure you're happy with everything before it's sent to you! It's a very easy process. After the price has been discussed I shall pop a listing on the website under 'Custom Pieces'. All you'll need to do is select your name & add to cart! I offer many different payment methods including Klarna! 

Refund/Return Policy

I dont tend to do refunds often, but they will be offered depending on the circumstances. Regarding returns this will be due to repairing. so please look for Jewellery Repair Policy down below. 

For Example: 

  • Combining shipping when you've placed multiple orders. 
  • If a discount code hasnt worked correctly. 
  • Your item broke due to a fault on my end. (I do have a jewellery repair policy) 
  • Item is lost in the post. (will discuss with post office beforehand)  

So please read the Care Cards or Jewellery care highlights on Instagram. Further down this page you will find that info! Also making sure you've properly read the items description before placing an order. 

 

Measurements

When ordering items that require measurements please either send me an Email, a message in the checkout notes or contact me via Instagram through Direct Message. 

Otherwise I will Email you, but the sooner you contact me, or let me know that info, the sooner I can start making your item. Sometimes my emails may go into spam so please be sure to check

Depending on the design of the jewellery piece you may need to measure at the bottom or further up the neck. Wrists are pretty straightforward. If you do not have a flexible tape measure do not worry, using a shoe lace or a piece of string will do just fine. Hold in place where it meets together and lie it down & measureme it that way. Measuring a necklace you like the size of will also do just fine, just be sure to let me know! 

 

Jewellery Repair Policy

For Jewellery Care, please read the Care Card you recieved with your item, info is also on instagram highlights & individual product listings on the website.

This policy will be more for soldered items, but this does cover everything I make, within reason. You Shall get 9 months after purchase to get anything fixed. Please be extra careful with your soldered pieces, they are delicate, but if you do have any issues please Email me and I shall see what I can do.

The only thing I ask from you, is if you dont mind sending me the item to be able to fix it, I am only a small business.
